摘要
积极创新高校人事管理策略,对于高校的建设与发展有着重要的意义。而受传统管理理念、管理方法制约,我国高校人事管理效率尚不理想。鉴于此,本文在分析当前高校人事管理有效性制约因素的基础上,就如何进一步提升高校人事管理有效性提出了一些对策,以供参考。
Innovation in colleges and universities personnel management strategy actively, has important significance for the construction and development of colleges and universities. And, subject to the limit of the traditional management idea, management method, efficiency of personnel management in colleges and universities is not ideal. In view of this, based on the analysis of the current university personnel management effectiveness factors, on the basis of effectiveness on how to further enhance the personnel management of colleges and universities put forward some countermeasures, for your reference.
