2型糖尿病危险因素的Logistic分析

Logistic analysis of risk factors for type 2 diabetes

目的探讨某地区2型糖尿病患者的危险因素,为2型糖尿病的防控提供决策依据。方法选择87例2型糖尿病患者为研究组,同期行健康体检的同龄健康人78例作为对照组。对两组腰臀比、体质量指数、饮食习惯、吸烟、饮酒、运动习惯、胰岛素样生长因子1、胰岛素样生长因子2采用单因素分析后行多因素Logistic回归分析,探讨2型糖尿病的危险因素。结果研究组腰臀比、体质量指数、高脂肪饮食占比、过量饮酒占比、缺少运动占比、胰岛素样生长因子1水平、胰岛素样生长因子2水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:体质量指数高(OR=4.350;95%CI:1.661,9.542;P<0.05)、高脂肪饮食(OR=3.171;95%CI:1.467,9.216;P<0.05)、过量饮酒(OR=2.671;95%CI:1.164,7.324;P<0.05)、缺少运动(OR=4.673;95%CI:1.863,9.324;P<0.05)、胰岛素样生长因子1高表达(OR=3.562;95%CI:1.764,8.632;P<0.05)、胰岛素样生长因子2高表达(OR=2.362;95%CI:1.574,9.163;P<0.05)是2型糖尿病的独立危险因素。结论控制患者腰臀比及体重、合理调节饮食对2型糖尿病防控有积极意义,胰岛素样生长因子参与了2型糖尿病的进程。

Objective To explore the risk factors of type 2 diabetes in a certain area and provide decision basis for the prevention and control of type 2 diabetes.Methods 87 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as the research group,in the same period,78 healthy people of the same age were selected as the control group.After single factor analysis,the waist-to-hip ratio,body mass index,lifestyle,smoking,drinking,exercise habits,insulin-like growth factor 1,insulin-like growth factor 2 were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression to investigate the risk factors for type 2 diabetes.Results The waist-to-hip ratio,body mass index,lack of exercise ratio,insulin-like growth factor 1 level,insulin-like growth factor 2 level in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that high body mass index（OR=4.350,95%CI：1.661 to 9.542;P〈0. 05）,high fat diet（OR=3.171,95%CI：1.467 to 9.216;P〈0. 05）,excessive drinking（OR=2.671,95%CI：1.164 to 7.324;P〈0. 05）,lack of exercise（OR=4.673,95%CI：1.863 to 9.324;P〈0. 05）,high expression of insulin-like growth factor 1（OR=3.562,95%CI：1.764 to 8.632;P〈0. 05）,high expression of insulin-like growth factor 2（OR=2.362,95%CI：1.574 to 9.163;P〈0. 05） were independent risk factors for type 2 diabetes.Conclusion Controlling the waist to hip ratio and body weight,and adjusting the diet reasonably are of positive significance for the prevention and control of type 2 diabetes.Insulin like growth factor is involved in the progression of type 2 diabetes.
