自拟中药汤剂配合美林淑宁治疗宫颈糜烂的临床研究

Clinical research of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Meilin Shuning in the treatment of cervical erosion

目的探讨自拟中药汤剂配合美林淑宁治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法 198例宫颈糜烂患者,随机分成观察组(108例)和对照组(90例)。观察组采用自拟中药汤剂配合美林淑宁治疗,对照组采用美林淑宁治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经2个月经周期治疗后,观察组总有效率为99.07%,治愈率为91.67%;对照组总有效率为97.78%,治愈率为78.89%;两组患者总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现轻微腹泻1例、头痛1例,对照组出现头晕1例,两组不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药汤剂配合美林淑宁治疗宫颈糜烂治愈率高,安全性好,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Meilin Shuning in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods A total of 198 patients with cervical erosion were randomly divided into the observation group for 108 cases and the control group for 90 cases.The observation group was given self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Meilin Shuning for treatment,the control group was given Meilin Shuning for treatment.The treatment effect between the two groups were compared.Results After 2 menstrual cycles,the total effective rate and cure rate of the observation group were 99.07% and 91.67% respectively,above indicators of the control group were 97.78% and 78.89%,there was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0. 05）.The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.In the observation group,there were 1 case of mild diarrhea,1 case of headache,and 1 case of headache in the control group.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Self-made traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with Meilin Shuning in the treatment of cervical erosion has high cure rate,good safety and remarkable clinical effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
