两种药物肠道准备方法在全腹多层螺旋CT检查中的效果分析

Effect analysis of two drug intestinal preparation methods in the whole abdominal multi-slice spiral CT examination

目的比较甘露醇、复方聚乙二醇电解质散两种肠道准备方法在全腹多层螺旋CT(MSCT)检查中的临床效果。方法 170例行全腹MSCT扫描的患者,根据口服不同药物的肠道准备方法分为对照组和实验组,各85例。对照组患者口服25%甘露醇进行肠道准备,实验组患者口服复方聚乙二醇电解质散进行肠道准备,比较两组患者的肠道清洁效果、MSCT成像质量。结果实验组患者肠道清洁Ⅰ级47例,Ⅱ级28例,Ⅲ级6例,Ⅳ级4例;对照组患者肠道清洁Ⅰ级29例,Ⅱ级40例,Ⅲ级13例,Ⅳ级3例;实验组肠道清洁效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者MSCT成像质量Ⅰ级48例,Ⅱ级30例,Ⅲ级7例;对照组患者MSCT成像质量Ⅰ级31例,Ⅱ级40例,Ⅲ级14例;实验组MSCT成像质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在进行全腹MSCT检查前用复方聚乙二醇电解质散作肠道准备,对比甘露醇可达到更加满意的肠道清洁度,能够为影像学诊断提供更好的前期准备,值得在临床应用进一步推广。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of two kinds of intestinal preparation methods：mannitol and complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in the whole abdominal multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） examination.Methods 170 patients who underwent whole abdomen MSCT scans according to different oral drug intestinal preparation methods were divided into control group and experimental group,85 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given 25% mannitol for bowel preparation,patients in the experimental group were given oral complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder.The intestinal cleaning effect and MSCT imaging quality between the two groups were compared.Results In the experimental group,there were 47 cases of intestinal cleansing grade Ⅰ,28 cases were grade Ⅱ,6 cases were grade Ⅲ,and 4 cases were grade Ⅳ.In the control group,there were 29 cases of intestinal cleansing grade Ⅰ,40 cases were grade Ⅱ,13 cases were grade Ⅲ,and 3 cases were grade Ⅳ.The intestinal cleaning effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.In the experimental group,there were 48 cases of MSCT imaging quality grade Ⅰ,30 cases were grade Ⅱ,7 cases were grade Ⅲ.In the control group,there were 31 cases of MSCT imaging quality grade Ⅰ,40 cases were grade Ⅱ,14 cases were grade Ⅲ.The MSCT imaging quality of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The application of complex polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for intestinal preparation before the whole abdominal MSCT examination,compared with mannitol,more satisfactory intestinal cleanliness can be achieved,and can provide better preparation for imaging diagnosis,and is worthy of further promotion in clinical application.
