全麻中应用小剂量利多卡因患者进行综合护理优质服务的效果

Effect of comprehensive nursing quality service on patients with low dose Lidocaine in general anesthesia

目的探讨对全身麻醉(全麻)中应用小剂量利多卡因患者进行综合护理优质服务的临床效果。方法 84例接受手术治疗的患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各42例。两组患者均在全麻中应用小剂量利多卡因,对照组患者实施常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上实施综合护理优质服务。对两组患者围手术期生命体征变化及不良反应发生情况进行比较。结果试验组术前、术中、术毕、复苏期体温、心率、舒张压、收缩压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组术中、术毕、复苏期体温、收缩压低于术前,心率高于术前,术毕舒张压低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组术中、术毕、复苏期体温高于对照组,心率低于对照组,术毕、复苏期收缩压、舒张压高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为9.5%,低于对照组的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理优质服务在全麻中应用小剂量利多卡因患者围手术期中实施的临床效果更加显著,不仅可以稳定患者各项生命体征,还可以减少不良反应的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing quality service on patients with low dose Lidocaine in general anesthesia.Methods 84 patients who received surgical treatment were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given low dose Lidocaine in general anesthesia,the control group received routine nursing,the experimental group received comprehensive nursing quality service.The changes of vital signs and adverse reactions in two groups of patients during perioperative period were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in body temperature,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure at preoperative intraoperative,postoperatively and resuscitation periods（P〈0. 05）.In the control group,the body temperature and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than that before surgery,heart rate was significantly higher than that before surgery,and the diastolic blood pressure at postoperatively was significantly lower than that before surgery,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.The body temperature of experimental group at intraoperative,postoperatively and resuscitation periods were significantly higher than those of control group,heart rates were significantly lower than those of control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure at postoperatively and resuscitation periods were significantly higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 9.5%,which was significantly lower than 28.6% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing quality service in perioperative period of general anesthesia on patients with low dose Lidocaine is more significant.It can not only stabilize the vital signs of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
