新型绿色建筑是指在全寿命周期中能够充分发挥节能环保效能的新型绿色建筑,是未来建筑设计发展主要趋势,需要充分重视工程造价预算及成本控制,以便更好地保证建筑质量、施工进度与工程成本之间的平衡。论文对绿色建筑工程造价预算与成本控制工作进行初步分析,阐述了绿色建筑工程造价预算意义、原则及具体措施,并对成本控制方法进行了初步分析。

The new green building is a new green building which can give full play to energy conservation and environmental protection during the life cycle. As the main trends in the future architecture design, need full attention its budget and cost control of engineering cost, in order to better ensure the construction quality, construction progress and engineering co st balance. In this paper, the green building project cost budget and cost control work carries on the preliminary analysis, discussed the significance of green building project cost budget, principles and concrete measures, and conduct apreliminary analysis to the cost control method.
