摘要
目的初步建立连云港地区20~79岁健康成人尿podocalyxin (PCX)的生物参考区间。方法随机选取2017年1月至12月于连云港市第二人民医院体检中心体检的健康体检人员600例,年龄20~79岁,按要求留取血液和尿液标本,并测定血清指标和尿PCX水平,参照CLSI C28-A2和WS/T 402-2012《临床实验室检验项目参考区间的制定》中的方法,应用Z检验统计分析并建立尿PCX的生物参考区间。结果Z检验显示尿PCX的水平存在显著的性别差异(P〈0.05),但年龄分布上未见明显差异,需依据性别的不同建立相应的生物参考区间;尿PCX呈非正态分布,故应用第95百分位数(P95)建立参考区间,尿PCX的生物参考区间为男性0~5.99 ng/ml、女性0~6.41 ng/ml。结论尿PCX生物参考区间的建立,能够为临床肾脏疾病的早期筛查提供重要的指导意义。
Objective To primarily establish biological reference interval for urinary podocalyxin (PCX) in healthy adults aged 20 to 79 years in city of Lianyungang. Methods A total of 600 subjects, aging 20 to 79 years old, who experienced physical examination in Health Examination Center of the Sec- ond People's Hospital of Lianyungang from January to December of 2017 were selected randomly. And blood and urine samples were left as required. The levels of serum index and urinary PCX were detected. According to recommended method in CLSI C28-A2 and WS/T 402-2012 "Clinicallaboratory test project reference interval formulation", Z test was used to analyze and establish the biologic reference interval of urinary PCX. Results Z test showed the concentration of urinary PCX had significant gender difference (P 〈0. 05), but PCX did not vary with age. So the biologic reference interval of urinary PCX should be based on the difference of gender. Urinary PCX was with abnormal distribution, so the ninety-fifth percen- tile (P95) was used to establish biologic reference interval. The biologic reference interval of urinary PCX in male was 0 to 5. 99 ng/ml and was 0 to 6. 41 ng/ml in female, respectively.
