中国省域能源供给消费格局及能效分析

China Provincial Energy Supply, Consumption and Energy Efficiency Analysis

本文以2015年中国区域能源平衡表为基础,分析了各省区能源供给与消费格局和能效水平。研究表明,我国能源供给和消费水平存在较大的空间差异,西部和部分中部省区是主要的一次能源生产区域,也是主要的能源净调出区域;而能源消费需求较大的省区则集中在东部和中部区域。能源结构总体仍然以煤炭为主,且工业和建筑业占终端能源消费主导地位。与能源生产和消费情况相关,各省份在制定能源政策以及制定能效目标时应根据自身实际情况有所侧重。

This paper analyses energy supply, consumption and energy efficiency on China provincial level in 2015 based on regional energy balance tables from China Energy Statistical Yearbook 2015. The results indicate that there is large difference in energy supply and consumption within regions. West and part of central China are the main primary energy production areas, and also the main export areas for other regions; while provinces with large energy demand are mainly concentrated in east and central areas. Coal still dominates energy consumption, and industry and construction account for the most in total final consumption. Depending on energy production and consumption condition, provinces should focus on their own key points when making energy policy.
