盘锦市海域集约利用评价

Evaluation of Intensive Utilization of Sea areas in Panjin City

基于海域集约利用的定义,构建海域集约利用评价指标体系,运用综合指数法对盘锦市海域集约利用水平进行定量分析。结果表明:盘锦市海域集约利用水平不断提高,其中海洋投入强度、海域利用结构、海洋经济效益指数提高明显,海洋生态环境有待改善。

Based on the definition of intensive use of sea areas, an evaluation index system for intensive use of sea areas was constructed, and a comprehensive index method was used to quantitatively analyze the level of intensive utilization in the sea area of Panjin City. The results show that the level of intensive use of sea areas in Panjin City has been continuously improved,among which the strength of marine inputs, the utilization structure of sea areas, and the index of marine economic benefits have increased significantly, and the marine ecological environment needs to be improved.
