耕地质量等别监测在高标准基本农田建设中的应用研究

Application of Cultivated Land Quality Monitoring in Construction of High Standard Basic Farmland

针对高标准基本农田建设对耕地质量管理的迫切需要,本文探讨了耕地质量等别监测在高标准基本农田建设专项规划、可研设计和建设、竣工验收和后期管护三个环节的应用。结果显示:(1)黑山县高标准基本农田建设潜力巨大;(2)常兴镇马架子村高标项目建设可行性高,耕地质量改良措施为灌溉和排水工程建设,项目建设成效较明显。研究表明耕地质量等别监测可以提高高标准基本农田规划、建设和管护全程的效率和科学性,研究为耕地质量等别监测在高标准基本农田建设中的应用提供了初步探索经验。

According to urgent need of quality management of cultivated land in high standard basic farmland construction. This paper discusses the application of quality monitoring in the three aspects of special planning, feasibility study and design,completion and acceptance, and later management and protection of high standard basic farmland construction. The results show that：（1）The potential of high standard basic farmland construction in Heishan County is huge;（2） The construction project of high standard basic farmland in Ma Zhuang Zi village, Changxing Town is highly feasible. The corresponding improvement measures are the construction of irrigation and drainage engineering. The research shows that the monitoring of the quality of cultivated land can improve the scientific and construction efficiency of the special planning of high standard basic farmland construction projects, research design and construction, completion acceptance and later pipe and protection. The application of the results has certain rationality and feasibility. The research provides preliminary exploration experience for the application of farmland quality monitoring in the construction of high standard basic farmland.
