掺杂高温色料对堇青石红外燃烧板性能的影响

摘要 红外燃烧器具有加热效率更高、燃烧更加均匀和极低的CO、NOx产生率等优点,因此这种燃烧器的使用也就随之变得广泛起来,已经成为节能灶具的核心部件。红外燃烧陶瓷板是该燃烧器的一个关键部件,其表观、理化性能指标对灶具的外观设计产生了一定的影响。本文以堇青石为基本材料,以铬绿、锆铁红、镨黄、钴黑四种高温色料为添加物,探究了加入高温色料的种类及含量对燃烧板的性能影响。通过对燃烧板的收缩率、吸水率、抗折强度、抗热震性能及烟气热效率等的测试及XRD和SEM分析,以及外观性能,结果表明,一定量色料的添加并不会影响到堇青石红外燃烧板的主要性能,其收缩率、吸水率、抗折强度、烟气热效率及抗热震性能均在合格标准范围内。 Infrared burners have the advantages and extremely low CO,NOx generation rates. extensive and has become a core component of of higher heating efficiency,more uniform combustion, Therefore,the use of such burners has become very energy-saving stoves.Infrared "combustion ceramic plate is one of the key parts of the burner. Its appearance and physical and chemical properties have a certain effect on the design of the stove.This article takes cordierite as the basic material,four kinds of high-temperature color materials: chromium-green,zirconium iron,praseodymium yellow,and cobalt black are used as additives.The infuence of the type and content of high temperature color materials on the performance of the combustion plate was investigated.Through the tests of shrinkage,water absorption, flexural strength,thermal shock resistance and flue gas thermal efficiency,and the analysis of XRD and SEM,the results show that the addition of a certain amount of color will not affect the main performance of the cordierite infrared combustion plate. Its shrinkage rate,water absorption rate,flue gas strength, flue gas thermal efficiency and thermal shock resistance performance are all within the scope of the qualified standards.
