摘要 本文介绍了3D打印区别于传统制造的特点,阐述了3D打印技术基于增材制造的机理,通过对3D打印制品的举例分析突出了3D打印生产的优势。介绍了融熔沉积成形技术(FDM)、分层实体制造技术(LOM)、光固化成形技术(SLA)和激光选区烧结技术(SLS)四种较为成熟的3D打印成形技术,具体揭示了成形原理。之后介绍了有机前驱体陶瓷、氧化铝陶瓷和磷酸三钙陶瓷三种比较具有代表性的陶瓷材料,展示了3D打印的应用领域之广,对当前3D打印行业的市场现状进行了分析,并结合我国3D打印行业现状分析得出我国要大力发展3D打印技术的结论。 The paper introduces manufacturing, and expounds the the characteristics of mechanism of 3D 3D printing,which is different from traditional printing based on additive manufacturing,and highlights the advantages of 3D printing production through examples of 3D printing products. Then four kinds of mature forming technologies of 3D printing are introduced,including Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM), Laminated Object Manufacturing(LOM), Stereolithography Apparatus(SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS),and the forming principle is revealed in details. Then introduces three kinds of representative ceramic materials,such as organic precursor ceramics,alumina ceramics and tricalcium phosphate ceramics,it shows the wide application field of 3D printing. Finally,the current market status of 3D printing industry is analyzed,combining with the present analysis of 3D printing industry in China,it is concluded that China should develop 3D printing vigorously.
