摘要
建立了高效液相色谱(PHLC)法测定食品接触竹制品中16种多环芳烃的含量的分析方法。目标物质采用乙腈超声法提取,PHLC-DAD分离检测。结果表明,16种多环芳烃质量浓度在5~500μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率83.8%~109.7%,相对标准偏差1.13%~6.71%,检出限均可达到2μg/L。该方法操作简单快速,灵敏度高,可满足大样本食品接触竹制品中多环芳烃的检测要求。
A method for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food contact bamboo materials by high performance liquid chromatography was established.The target substances were extracted by ultrasonic with solvent of acetonitrile and detected by HPLC-DAD.The results show that the calibration graphs were linear in the concentration range between 5 to 500μg/L,the correlation coefficients more than 0.999.The average recoveries at the three spiked levels were 83.8% ~109.7% with the relative standard deviations between 1.13% ~6.71%.The limits of detection were 2μg/L.With the advantages of simplicity,rapidness and sensitive,the developed method could satisfy the requirements for large sample analysis on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in bamboo materials.
