摘要
对比了传统聚α-烯烃合成油(PAO)和茂金属聚α-烯烃(mPAO)合成油的特点,介绍了3家主要生产企业mPAO的生产工艺。通过分析目前国内外mPAO的市场现状,指出mPAO的需求量今后将进一步增加,而开发mPAO合成催化剂及工艺是今后高级润滑油基础油的发展方向之一。
The characteristics of conventional poly alpha-olefins（PAO）and metallocene poly alpha-olefins（mPAO）is compared,and the production processes of the three major mPAO producers in the world are introduced.Through the analysis of mPAO market situation at home and abroad,it is indicated that the demand of mPAO will increase further in the future,and developing synthetic catalyst and production process of mPAO are considered as one of the research trends in developing advanced lubricant base oil.
