5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗宫颈环状电切术后高危HPV感染的疗效评价 被引量:4

摘要 目的:评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗宫颈环状电切术后高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染的疗效。方法:收集我院2015年1月至2016年6月经宫颈环状电切术治疗的宫颈上皮内瘤变II级、术后6个月液基薄层细胞(TCT)检测无异常、HR-HPV检测持续阳性患者。随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗选在非月经期,治疗组给予光动力治疗,每周1次,连续治疗3次;对照组,给予干扰素治疗,每日用药1次,每次用量为80万IU,每个月经周期使用10次,连续3个月。结果:共42例患者入选,治疗组(20例)和对照组(22例)12个月HR-HPV转阴率分别为80%和36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗宫颈环状电切术后高危HPV感染有效。 Objective: To assess the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy( ALA-PDT)for treating high risk human papilloma virus( HR-HPV) infection after loop electrosurgical excision procedure( LEEP). Methods: The patients with cervical intraepithelial neolasia II treated by loop electrosurgical excision procedure,with normal Thinprep Cytologic Test( TCT) for 6 months and positivity for HR-HPV were selected from January 2015 to June 2016. The patients were divided into the treatment group and control group randomly. The patients in the treatment group were treated with 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy( ALA-PDT),once a week,for 3 times. The patients in the control group were treated with interferon,800000 IU,once a day,10 times each menstrual cycle for 3 months. Results: Forty-two patients were collected.The HR-HPV negative conversion rates were 80% in the treatment group( 20 patients) and 36% in the control group,with a significant difference( P〈0.05). Conclusion: ALA-PDT is effective in the treatment of HR-HPV after LEEP.
