中医护理优势及其专科化发展方向的思考

Thinking of the Advantages of TCM Nursing and the Direction of Its Specialized Development

目的:分析中医护理优势,探讨中医护理专科化发展方向及措施,以促进中医护理向专科化方向发展。方法:通过对万方数据知识服务平台、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等进行文献检索,分析中医护理优势及中医护理专科化发展趋势。结果:共检索文献91篇,经查重、筛选,共纳入文献26篇,中医护理优势相关文献8篇,中医护理专科化发展文献18篇。结论:中医护理优势独特,发展空间广阔,且以专科化发展方向为趋势,但中医护理发展缓慢,思考中医护理发展的有效途径是每位中医护理人应尽的责任。

Objective： To promote specialized development of TCM nursing by analyzing its advantages and discussing the direction of specialized development of TCM nursing and the corresponding measures. Methods： The papers were searched in WanFang, CNKI, CBM and others, to analyze the advantages of TCM nursing and the trend of its specialized development. Results： All 91 papers were obtained, after rechecked and screened, 26 papers were included, there were eight about the advantages of TCM nursing and 18 about the specialized development of TCM nursing. Conclusion： TCM nursing possesses the unique advantages and expansive development space, and takes specialized development direction as the trend, but the development of TCM nursing is delayed, finding out the effective way of TCM nursing development is each TCM nurse＇s bouden duty.
