摘要
目的:通过问卷调查了解人文关怀对不同个人特质的患者群体的意向与评价。方法:本调查人群为甘肃省某三甲综合医院住院患者(患者及其家属均统称为"患者"),共发放调查问卷120份,回收有效问卷116份,采用Cronbach's alpha信度系数法、KMO、Bartlett's Test、因子分析进行可靠性、有效性分析。结果:人文建设在非技术治疗体系的建构中的作用对临床医疗,护理工作具有重要意义。结论:不同个人特质的患者群体应有不同的人文服务体系。
Objective: To survey the intention and evaluation of humanistic concern on the patient group with different personal traits by questionnaires. Methods: The population under investigation was the inpatients of a first-class general hospital of Gansu province (the patients and the family members were called as "the patients" together, all 120 pieces of questionnaires were granted, and 116 effective questionnaires were recycled, the effectiveness and reliability were analyzed by using Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient method, KMO, Bartlett's Test and factor analysis. Results: The roles of humanistic concern played in the construction of non-technical treatment system possessed the significance to clinical medicine and nursing work. Conclusion: The patient group with different personal traits should deserve different systems of humanistic concern.
