基于超声监测观察柴玄消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症的疗效

Clinical Observation on ChaiXuan XiaoPi Decoction in Treating Cyclomastopathy Based on Ultrasonic Monitoring

目的:观察彩色多普勒超声监测指导下应用自拟柴玄消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症的疗效。方法:将乳腺增生症患者121例随机分为治疗组61例和对照组60例,治疗组在超声监测下口服自拟柴玄消癖汤治疗,对照组口服乳癖消治疗。15天为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效并随访6个月。结果:2组药物均能改善患者乳腺增生症状,治疗组单项中医症状改善较对照组明显,总有效率治疗组为93.4%,优于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声监测指导下应用自拟柴玄消癖汤治疗乳腺增生症,在患者症状变化的同时根据超声图像的改变,追踪观察,能反映治愈过程,为临床治疗提供治疗依据,并提高疗效、降低复发率。

Objective： To explore curative effects of selfmade ChaiXuan XiaoPi decoction in the treatment for cyclomastopathy guided by colour Doppler ultrasound monitoring. Methods： A total of 121 patients were randomized into 61 cases of the treatment group and 60 cases of the control group, the treatment group took selfrnade ChaiXuan XiaoPi decoction orally monitored by the ultrasound, and the control group RuPiXiao tablets. 15 days were one course, clinical effects were observed after two courses and follwed for six months. Results： The medicine of both groups could improve the symptoms of the patients, the treatment group was more obvious than the control group in the improvement of single TCM symtom, total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4%, higher than 70.0% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating cyclomastopathy by selfmade ChaiXuan XiooPi decoction under the monitoring of colour Doppler ultrasound could reflect the healing course by the changes of the symptoms and the observation of ultrasound images, which could provide therapeutic evidence for clincial therapy, raise clinical effects and decrease relapse rate.
