摘要
[目的]研究轮叶婆婆纳的化学成分.[方法]应用各种色谱技术分离纯化轮叶婆婆纳的化学成分,通过1 H-NMR及13C-NMR等波谱方法对所分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定.[结果]从轮叶婆婆纳中共分离得到29个化合物,经波谱解析分别鉴定为丹参酮ⅡA(1)、丹参酮Ⅰ(2)、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ(3)、隐丹参酮(4)、硬脂酸(5)、正二十四烷酸(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、二十八烷酸十八醇酯(8)、香草酸(9)、异阿魏酸(10)、3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸(11)、阿魏酸(12)、胡萝卜苷(13)、原儿茶酸(14)、米内苷(15)、绿原酸(16)、D-甘露醇(17)、京尼平苷(18)、京尼平苷酸(19)、胡黄连苷Ⅰ(20)、胡黄连苷Ⅱ(21)、6-O-藜芦酰梓醇(22)、6-O-(3′′-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(23)、2′′,3′′-dicinnamoyl-6-O-rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(24)、3′′,4′′-dicinnamoyl-6-O-rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(25)、梓醇(26)、迷迭香酸(27)、大车前苷(28)及车前草苷D(29).[结论]化合物6,8,9,14,16,18,19,20,21,23,24,25,27,28,29均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Veronica sibirica L.Pennell.METHODS The chemical constituents of Veronica sibirica L.Pennell were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic techniques,and their chemical structures were identified by 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR spectral analysis.RESULTS A total of 29 compounds were isolated from Veronica sibirica L.Pennell and they were identified as tanshinone ⅡA(1),tanshinone Ⅰ(2),dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ(3),cryptotanshinone(4),steraic acid(5),n-teracosanoic acid(6),β-sitosterol(7),octacosanoic acid octadecanol ester(8),vanillic acid(9),isoferulic acid(10),3,4-dimethoxy cinnamic acid(11),ferulic acid(12),daucosterol(13),protocatechuic acid(14),minecoside(15),chlorogenic acid(16),D-mannitol(17),geniposide(18),geniposidic acid(19),picrosideⅠ(20),picrosideⅡ(21),6-O-veratroyl catalposide(22),6-O-(3″-O-trans-pcoumaroyl)-α-L-rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(23),2″,3″-dicinnamoyl-6-O-rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(24),3″,4″-dicinnamoyl-6-O-rhamnopyranosylcatalpol(25),catalpol(26),rosmarinic acid(27),plantamajoside(28)and plantainoside D(29)by spectral analysis.CONCLUSION Compounds 6,8,9,14,16,18,19,20,21,23,24,25,27,28,29 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
