Analysis of maternal death in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from 2011 to 2015

[目的]分析延边朝鲜族自治州2011—2015年孕产妇死亡原因.[方法]选择2011—2015年延边朝鲜族自治州8个县(市)上报的孕产妇死亡资料进行回顾性分析.[结果]2011—2015年间延边朝鲜族自治州共报告孕产妇死亡病例13例,死亡率为18.29/10万,其中直接产科原因死亡6例(46.15%),产科出血为首要死亡原因;间接产科原因死亡7例(53.85%).[结论]延边朝鲜族自治州孕产妇死亡率整体呈现逐年下降趋势.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the causes of maternal death in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from 2011 to 2015.METHODS The data of maternal death reported by eight counties（cities）of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from 2011 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS 13 cases of maternal death were reported,and the maternal mortality was 18.29/10 thousand in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from 2011 to 2015.6 cases（46.15%）died from direct obstetric causes.Obstetric hemorrhage was the leading cause of death.7 cases（53.85%）died from indirect obstetric causes.CONCLUSION The overall maternal mortality was decreasing year by year in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.
