高通量血液透析治疗64例老年慢性肾衰竭临床分析

Clinical analysis of high flux hemodialysis in 64 elderly patients with chronic renal failure

[背景]观察高通量血液透析(HFHD)治疗老年慢性肾衰竭的疗效.[病例报告]选择2014年11月至2017年12月间收治的128例老年慢性肾衰竭患者,依据给予血液透析治疗方法分为对照组(给予常规CHD治疗)和实验组(给予HFHD治疗),每组各为64例,比较两组疗效.给予3个月血液透析治疗后,与对照组比较,实验组血液中血尿素氮、三酰甘油及β2-微球蛋白水平明显降低(P<0.05),血红蛋白及血清白蛋白水平明显升高(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为4.69%,显著低于对照组的23.44%(P<0.05).[讨论]HFHD治疗老年慢性肾衰竭可改善血液指标,且可降低并发症发生率.

BACKGRUOND To observe the therapeutic effects of high flux hemodialysis（HFHD）in elderly patients with chronic renal failure（CRF）.CASE REPORTS 128 elderly patients with CRF were selected from November 2014 to December 2017,they were divided into control group（routine CHD treatment）and experimental group（HFHD treatment）.Each group had 64 patients,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.After 3 months of hemodialysis treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of blood BUN,triacylglycerol and β2-MG were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,while the levels of HB and ALB was obviously increased（P〈0.05）in the experimental group.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.69%,significantly lower than the control group＇s 23.44%（P〈0.05）.DISCUSSION The treatment of elderly patients with chronic renal failure by HFHD could improve blood indicators and reduce the incidence of complications.
