替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂治疗28例晚期卵巢癌的疗效观察

Efficacy of tegafur capsule combined with cisplatin in the treatment of 28 cases of advanced ovarian carcinoma

[背景]观察替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌的疗效.[病例报告]选择2015年7月—2017年9月间收治的56例晚期卵巢癌患者,给予分组治疗,每组各为28例.对照组给予5-氟尿嘧啶及顺铂治疗,观察组给予替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂治疗.观察组治疗有效率为89.3%,对照组为64.3%,观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).[讨论]替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂治疗晚期卵巢癌可提高疗效,降低不良反应的发生率.

BACKGROUND To observe the efficacy of tegafur capsule combined with cisplatin in the treatment of the advanced ovarian carcinoma.CASE REPORTS A total of 56 patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma were selected from July 2015 to September 2017,they were divided into two groups,28 patients in each group.The control group was given 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin for the treatment.The observation group was treated with tegafur capsule combined with cisplatin.The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.3%,while 64.3%in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P〈 0.05）.DISCUSSION Tegafur capsule combined with cisplatin could significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the advanced ovarian carcinoma and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
