摘要 利用《危险化学品事故处置应知应会手册》具体参数和《应急响应导则》2016版中的最新权威数据,采用非线性回归分析的方法,对危险化学品事故处置初始警戒距离和人员疏散距离进行了风险分析,对消防人员科学、安全处置危险化学品事故有一定的参考价值。 Upon the specific parameters defined in the Manual of Response to Hazardous Chemical Incidents as initial isolation distance and evacuation distance for the early incident management, the author cited the latest authoritative data in Emergency Response Guidebook 2016 and applied the nonlinear regression analysis to explore the risk of initial isolation distance and evacuation distance for reference in safe and scientific response to hazardous chemicals incident.
