Advance in Laser and Light Therapy for Facial Telangiectasia

面部毛细血管扩张是一种以肉眼可见的毛细血管扩张及皮肤泛红为特征的血管性疾病,给多数患者带来美容性烦恼。近年来,面部毛细血管扩张的临床治疗不断出现新的技术和方法,如外用药物、系统用药,电外科手术和激光治疗。光电治疗手段由于其临床疗效好、安全性高,已被广大患者所接受。本文将对面部毛细血管扩张的最新激光治疗进展进行综述。

Facial telangiectasia is a cutaneous vascular disease characterized by capillary dilatation and diffuse facial redness,Which provide cosmetic concerns to those paresnt with telangiectasia. Recently,new techniques and approaches have emerged constantly in the clinical treatment of facial telangiectasia,such as topical medicine,systemic medicine,electrosurgery and laser therapy. Laser and light therapy for telangiectasia has been widely accepted by patients because of good therapeutic results and mild side effects. This article reviews the latest progresses made in the laser and light therapy for facial telangiectasia.
