An Update on Laser Therapy for Congenital Melanocytic Nevi

先天性黑色素痣是十分常见的色素增多性疾病,激光是其最主要的非手术治疗方法。多种激光或激光组合已被用于黑痣治疗,均有良好效果系列的病例报道。但目前尚难以评价哪种激光或激光组合可以获得显著而稳定的疗效。效果不佳的主要原因是易于复发,近期和远期复发均十分常见,且难以完全避免。在进行了一系列组织病理学和临床研究之后,尚无证据显示多次激光治疗后会使黑痣恶变的风险增大。因此,激光治疗黑痣有应用价值,但如何有突破性的控制复发,增强疗效仍是尚未解决的难题。

Congenital melanocytic nevi is rather common hyperpigmentation disorder,moreover laser is the leading non-surgical. A variety type of lasers or their combinations have been applied to treat melanocytic nevi,and good outcomes have been. However it is hard to identify which type of laser can obtain remarkable and stable effects. The poor results were mainly related to easily-appeared,short or long-term and unavoidable recurrence. No evidence revealed that multiple sessions of laser therapy may increase the risk of melanocytic nevi malignant transformation on the basis of a series of pathological and clinical studies. As a result,laser is valuable for melanocytic nevi therapy,but there ara still great challengesfor reduce the recurrence rate and improving the efficacy.
