萎缩性痤疮瘢痕治疗的最新进展 被引量:7

Advance in Treatment of Atrophic Acne Scars

摘要 痤疮瘢痕在临床中常见,其治疗可分为激光类及非激光类,激光类又可分为剥脱性激光及非剥脱性激光。激光治疗中,CO2点阵激光联合富血小板血浆真皮注射或锐针皮下分离,效果优于单独CO_2点阵激光治疗;硅凝胶外用可增加Er∶YAG激光疗效;系统使用维A酸药物停药1个月内使用非剥脱点阵激光不会增加不良反应的风险;皮秒激光方面,755 nm、532 nm及1 064 nm激光用于痤疮瘢痕的治疗均有良好效果。微针联合甘醇酸化学剥脱、微针射频联合锐针皮下分离疗效均优于单独微针或微针射频治疗。无针经皮气动注射技术用于痤疮瘢痕也取得了良好的效果。 Both laser and non-laser treatment can be used in the treatment of atrophic acne scars. The combination of ablative carbon dioxide fractional laser and autologous platelet rich plasma( PRP) or subcisionin is more effective than the sole application of laser in treating acne scars. Silicone gel may improve the efficacy of Er ∶ YAG laser treatment for atrophic acne scars. Using non-ablative fractional laser within 1 month after the treatment with oral isotretinoin will not increase the risk of adverse reactions. Picosecond-domain laser is a new choice for the treatment of acne scars. As to therapeutic results for atrophic facial acne scars,the combined therapies such as needling+ 70% glycolic acid peel or PRP and fractionated microneedle radiofrequency + subcision are much better than sole application of microneedleor microneedle radiofrequency.
