面颈部皮肤松弛的光电治疗进展

Progress Made in Treating Faciocervical Laxity with Lasers and Other Non-Surgical Methods

皮肤老化是渐进性的发展过程,与内因性衰老和外源性老化有关。皮肤松弛是皮肤老化的重要表现,除了传统的外科手术治疗外,还有多种非手术治疗方式,包括激光、射频、聚焦超声、光电协同以及其它联合治疗。本文总结了近一年来面颈部皮肤松弛光电治疗领域的相关研究,对改善皮肤松弛的仪器、种类、参数、疗效和安全性进行整理,期望对临床治疗有所帮助。

Skin aging,as a natural course,is a gradual process. It is caused by intrinsic or exogeneticaging factors. Sagging is an important performance of skin aging. Not only traditional surgical procedures,but also some non-surgical methods like lasers,radio frequency（ RF）,focused ultrasound,ELOS and a combination of different instruments can be used to treat skin laxity. This article reviews valuable literatures published last year on the treatment of faciocervical sagging,and summarizes the instrument types,treatment parameters,efficiency and safety of treatment in order to provide references for clinical work. In the future,doctors may select individualized treatment according to patients＇ own conditions or adopt combined therapies for skin rejuvenation.
