基于化学模式识别技术的不同产地土炒白术质量比较研究 被引量:3

Comparative Study on Quality of Stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with Soil from Different Places Based on Chemical Pattern Recognition

摘要 目的:比较不同产地白术土炒品中所含化学成分差异,为评价土炒白术质量提供参考依据。方法:采用高效液相法,建立不同产地10批白术土炒品HPLC图谱,运用指纹图谱与化学模式识别技术分析其差异性。结果:土炒白术HPLC图谱共有峰特征明显;系统聚类将不同产地10批白术土炒品分为3类;经主成分分析、偏最小二乘法-判别分析发现白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅱ、白术内酯Ⅲ等5个成分是造成不同产地白术土炒品之间成分差异的主要标记物。结论:不同产地白术土炒品中化学成分存有差异,该法可为白术土炒品的质量控制与评价提供依据。 Objective: To study the differences of chemical constituents of stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with soil from different places and provide an experimental evidence for its quality evaluation. Methods: The fingerprints of 10 batches of stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with soil were determined by HPLC. The similarity software of Chinese medicine fingerprint of the state pharmacopoeia commission and chemical pattern recognition technique were adopted for the data analysis. Results: The characteristic of thirteen common peaks for fingerprints of different stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with soil was distinct. The samples of 10 batches of stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with soil were classified into three by hierarchical clustering analysis( HCA),and combined with principal component analysis( PCA) and partial least squares-discriminant analysis( PLS-DA),five components,including Atractylenolide Ⅰ,AtractylenolideⅡ and AtractylenolideⅢ,were the main markers that cause differences of chemical constituents in the samples from different places. Conclusion: There were differences in chemical constituents of stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with soil from different places. This method could provide basis for quality control and evaluation of stir-baked Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma with soil.
