情绪释放疗法对肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性的影响

Effect of emotional release therapy on compliance of diet therapy in patients with liver cancer after operation

目的探讨情绪释放疗法对肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2011年12月至2017年12月间山东省立第三医院收治的102例肝癌术后患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组51例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上采用情绪释放疗法干预,对照组患者采用常规护理。护理8周后,比较两组患者干预前后饮食依从性及护理满意度情况,调查饮食依从性的影响因素。结果干预后,两组患者的饮食依从性均较干预前提高,且观察组患者较对照组好,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。患者性别、年龄及文化程度为患者饮食依从性的影响因素。干预8周后,观察组患者护理满意度为90.2%,对照组为51.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情绪释放疗法可显著提高肝癌患者术后饮食治疗依从性和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of emotional release therapy on compliance of diet therapy in patients with liver cancer after operation. Methods From January 2011 to December 2017,102 patients with liver cancer after operation who were treated at Third Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as subjects. The patients were divided into an observaiton group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 51 patients in each group. Patients in the observation group were given emotional release therapy based on routine care and the control group was,only received routine care. After8 weeks of nursing,the dietary compliance was compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. The factors influecncing the dietary compliance were investigated and the patients＇ satisfaction in the two groups was compared. Results After the intervention,the dietary compliance was improved in both groups with the observation group better than the contro group（ all P〈0. 05）. The patients＇ gender,age,and education level were the influencing factors for the patients＇ dietary compliance. After 8 weeks of intervention,the satisfaction rate was 90. 2% for the observation group and 51. 0% for the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Emotion relief therapy can significantly improve the compliance to postoperative diet treatment and patients＇ satisfaction in patients with liver cancer.
