药用万寿菊叶黄素酯提取工艺研究

Research of Medicinal Marigold Lutein Ester Extraction Processing

目的为了优化万寿菊中叶黄素酯的提取工艺。方法以药用万寿菊为原料,通过有机溶剂萃取法、超声波辅助萃取法、微波萃取法三种方法提取叶黄素酯,比较不同方法的叶黄素酯得率及成本,筛选出最佳的叶黄素酯提取工艺。结果及结论试验结果表明,微波辅助萃取法(液料比75∶2,提取温度30℃,辐射功率400W,辐射时间15min)是一套成本低、叶黄素脂含量高、操作简单的叶黄素脂提取的最佳工艺。

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction processing of lutein ester in Marigold. METHODS To use medicinal marigold lutein ester as raw Material and extract the lutein ester in three ways：organic solvent extraction process ,ultrasonic-assisted extraction process and wave extraction process, then to compare the rates and costs of lute- in ester for these three different methods. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The experiment result shows that the wave extraction process （ the ratio of liquor to material was 75： 2, extracting temperature was 30℃, the radiation power was 400W and the radiation time was lJminutes）is the best craft of lutein ester extraction processing, which is low-cost, highly lutein ester content and simple operation.
