摘要
目的为了优化万寿菊中叶黄素酯的提取工艺。方法以药用万寿菊为原料,通过有机溶剂萃取法、超声波辅助萃取法、微波萃取法三种方法提取叶黄素酯,比较不同方法的叶黄素酯得率及成本,筛选出最佳的叶黄素酯提取工艺。结果及结论试验结果表明,微波辅助萃取法(液料比75∶2,提取温度30℃,辐射功率400W,辐射时间15min)是一套成本低、叶黄素脂含量高、操作简单的叶黄素脂提取的最佳工艺。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction processing of lutein ester in Marigold. METHODS To use medicinal marigold lutein ester as raw Material and extract the lutein ester in three ways:organic solvent extraction process ,ultrasonic-assisted extraction process and wave extraction process, then to compare the rates and costs of lute- in ester for these three different methods. RESULTS and CONCLUSION The experiment result shows that the wave extraction process ( the ratio of liquor to material was 75: 2, extracting temperature was 30℃, the radiation power was 400W and the radiation time was lJminutes)is the best craft of lutein ester extraction processing, which is low-cost, highly lutein ester content and simple operation.
