摘要
目的分析亚太经合组织(APEC)会议前后空气污染变化对小学生唾液溶菌酶含量的影响。方法于2014年10月14—23日(APEC前)和11月14—23日(APEC后)期间各随机选3日,选取北京市不同城区的3所小学的8-11岁共380名小学生进行唾液样品采集和健康检查,并测定唾液溶菌酶含量。结果 APEC会议后的10日4种污染物(PM_(2.5)、SO_2、NO_2和CO)日均浓度均高于APEC前,其中SO_2尤为显著(P<0.05)。总人群中除10岁组以外,其他三个年龄组小学生APEC会议前的唾液溶菌酶含量均高于APEC后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进一步分性别分析发现男生8岁、9岁组及女生8岁、9岁和11岁组唾液溶菌酶含量APEC后均下降,且差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),而同年龄组不同性别小学生唾液溶菌酶的含量差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。多重线性回归分析显示APEC会议后小学生唾液溶菌酶含量与PM_(2.5)和SO_2浓度呈负相关(均P<0.01)。结论 APEC会议后调查期间北京市空气污染较为严重,小学生唾液溶菌酶含量下降较为明显。
Objective To analyze and compare the effects of air pollution on saliva lysozyme in pupils before and after the 2014 APEC conference in Beijing. Methods About 380 primary students ranged at 8-11 years old were selected from three primary schools in three different districts of Beijng during Oct.14th-23rd(before APEC) and Nov.14th-23rd(after APEC) in 2014. The concentration of lysozyme was measured. Results The 10-day average concentrations of PM(2.5), SO2, NO2 and CO after APEC were higher than those before APEC period, and SO2 was significantly higher after APEC(P〈0.05). The lysozyme concentrations of all students was higher before APEC than those after APEC except for the 10-year old group(P〈0.05); And there were significant difference in lysozyme concentrations among four age groups(P〈0.05). The same trends were seen in boys and girls respectively(P〈0.05), but the difference was not significant in the same age group stratified by gender. Multiple regression analysis showed that lower saliva lysozyme concentration was associated with higher PM(2.5) and SO2 age after APEC(P〈0.01),which was not found before APEC. Conclusion The air pollution is more serious after APEC during the investigation period in Beijing, which significantly decreases the lysozyme concentration in the primary students.
