摘要 通过对注塑机工作原理的分析,根据其工艺流程及工作控制要求,设计了基于PLC的电气控制系统。该设计包括硬件设计和软件设计。硬件设计部分包括主控电路设计、硬件选择等。软件设计部分包括利用顺序控制法进行程序设计,实现了注塑机的合模、整进、注射、预塑、整退、开模、顶出等功能,完成了注塑机控制的全过程。并运用MCGS组态软件对注塑机控制系统的整个工作过程实时监控。该控制系统大大提高了注塑机的工作性能和稳定性,提升了注塑产品的质量和生产效率。 Based on the analysis of the working principle of the injection molding machine,the electrical control system based on PLC was designed according to its technological process and work control requirements.The design includes hardware design and software design. The hardware design includes main and control circuit design,hardware selection and soon. Software design includes the use of sequential control program design and implementation of the injection molding machine clamping,whole into,injection,plastic,the whole back,open mold,several functions,such as to complete the whole process of the injection molding machine control.MCGS configuration software is used to monitor the whole working process of the injection molding machine control system. The control system greatly improves the performance and stability of the injection molding machine,and improves the quality and production efficiency of injection molding products.
