摘要 基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)简称质谱技术,作为临床微生物实验室最新的检测手段,其具有操作简单、自动化、快速准确、高通量等优点,并且在细菌、真菌等微生物鉴定中有显著的应用效果。为了深入了解质谱技术在临床微生物实验室的应用情况及应用前景,现作一综述内容如下。 Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) is the latest detection method for the identification of microbial species in clinical microbiology laboratories. It has the advantages of easy for operation,highly automated,fast and accurate,high throughput,etc. MALDITOF MS has been successfully applied to the identification of bacteria and fungi. This reviewis to introduce the application of MALDI-TOF MS in clinical microbiology laboratory and highlight fields of applications that are still amenable to improvement.
