正常脑压性脑积水与脑血管病脑脊液动力学的差异 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨正常脑压性脑积水(NPH)与脑血管病脑脊液动力学的差异。方法:回顾分析深圳市第二人民医院自2013年10月至2017年12月20例NPH患者,20例脑血管病及20例健康正常人为对照,通过磁共振相位对比技术比较不同组别脑脊液动力学的差异。结果:NPH患者脑脊液动力学较其他两组显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),舒张期峰值流速在鉴别NPH与脑血管病具有较高的诊断能力,受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)的曲线下面积为0.92,选择阈值为7.07 cm·s^(-1)时,敏感度为95%,特异性为85%。结论:脑脊液定量检测有助于鉴别NPH与脑血管病。
