摘要
企业是否履行社会责任已经成为评价企业价值的重要标准。本文通过分析企业社会责任的制约因素,寻求其履行的内生动力——商业模式创新的视角;结合可行性以及路径方面研究商业模式创新与社会责任的关系,一方面证明二者联系紧密;另一方面证明二者相互促进,对企业转型有积极影响。同时结合阿里巴巴的案例,探究商业模式创新、企业社会责任与价值创造三者的关系。
Whether the enterprises fulfill social responsibility has become an important criterion to evaluate enterprise value.By analyzing the constraints of corporate social responsibility,seeking internal motivation for fulfillment——the perspective of business model innovation.Studying the relationship between business model innovation and social responsibility in terms of combining feasibility and path,on the one hand,it is proved that business model innovation and social responsibility are very close and inseparable.On the other hand,it is proved that mutual promotion has positive influence on enterprise transformation and value creation.At the same time,combining with the typical case of Alibaba,exploring the relationship between business model innovation,corporate social responsibility and value creation.
