跨国公司母子公司关系研究——基于更广泛的委托代理视角被引量：1

摘要跨国公司的跨境特点和业务的复杂性,使其代理问题呈现出与单一公司不同的特点,包括总部与子公司在目标,利益等方面的冲突,双方委托代理关系的层级性特征,以及子公司的双重网络嵌入性等。本文通过回顾委托代理理论近几十年的发展,提出了运用更广泛的代理理论框架对跨国公司总部-子公司的相关问题进行探讨:将关注视角由代理人转向委托人;考虑代理问题产生的其他原因如代理人的"有限能力";探讨组织中代理关系的层级性,社会环境嵌入性等。这将有助于缓解跨国公司中总部-子公司关系面临的困难与挑战,并为这一领域的后续研究提供指导性框架。
