Health Examination Results of Employees Working in Food Processing and Public Places in Chengdu From 2014 to 2016

摘要 目的了解成都市食品和公共场所从业人员健康状况和动态变化,为卫生监督管理提供参考依据。方法对2014-2016年成都市疾病预防控制中心食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查结果进行统计分析。结果 2014-2016年健康检查共50 724人,5种从业禁忌检出92人,阳性率为0.181%,3年间5种从业禁忌阳性率分别为0.101%、0.203%和0.223%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.670,P<0.05);食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查合格率分别为99.843%和99.764%;男性和女性从业人员健康检查合格率分别为99.695%和99.908%;各年龄段从业人员健康检查合格率分别为99.917%、99.848%、99.761%、99.817%和99.576%;夏秋季和春冬季从业人员健康检查合格率分别为99.783%和99.883%。结论 2014-2016年成都市食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查总体状况较好,但仍存在一定的健康风险,因此一年一度的从业人员健康检查很有必要。 Objective To understand the health status and dynamic change of employees who’s working in food industry and public places in Chengdu,thus further to provide references and data on health supervision.Methods The health examination results of employees who were working in food industry and public places were collected for statistical analysis from 2014 to 2016,provided by Chengdu Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Results There were 50 724 employees had health examination,of which 92 were detected in 5 occupational taboos,and the positive rate was 0. 181% from 2014 to 2016. Through 3 years,5 occupational taboos positive rates were 0. 101% 0. 203% and 0. 223%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant( χ2= 7. 670,P 〈 0. 05). The qualified rates of health examination for employees working in food processing and public places were 99. 843% and 99. 764%, respectively. The qualified rates of health examination for men and women were 99. 695% and 99. 908%,respectively. The qualified rates of health examination for employees in all ages were 99. 917%,99. 848%,99. 761%,99. 817% and 99. 576%,respectively. The qualified rates of health examination for employees in summer and autumn,in spring and winter were 99. 783% and 99. 883%,respectively. Conclusion From 2014 to 2016,the general health status of employees working in food processing and public places in Chengdu was good,but there still existed some health risks. Therefore,annual employees’ health examination is necessary.
