青海省林地连清调查与新增林地专项调查结果对比分析

Comparative Analysis between the Results from Continuous Inventory of Forest Resources and Special Investigation of Forest Land Increase in Qinghai

对青海省2008年森林资源连续清查和2012年新增林地资源专项调查结果数据不一致的问题进行了分析,结果为2008年调查结果与2012年调查结果相比,林地面积少4 867.2×10~3 hm^2,其中灌木林地面积少1 536.5×10~3 hm^2,宜林地面积少3 177.0×10~3 hm^2,主要由二次调查的方法与技术标准不同和调查质量不一等引起,今后应把二次调查时间间隔控制在1a以内,制定统一的调查技术标准和要求,影像分辨率提高到1m以内。

Qinghai Province conducted an continuous investigations of forest resources in 2008 and carried out a special investigation of newly-increased forestland resources in 2012.Due to the different techniques used in the investigation methodology,there is large difference between the investigation results.This paper analyzes the difference of the investigation results from four aspects：time,quality,technical standards and methods applied.
