木本植物离体培养成熟效应研究进展

Research Progress of Maturation Effect of the Woody Plants InVitro

成熟效应的发生会造成植物体的衰老,很多木本植物在离体培养过程中由于受到成熟效应的影响,植物体繁殖能力显著下降。本文从形态学研究、生理生化研究及基因的表达调控几个方面介绍了成熟效应在木本植物离体培养过程中发生的原因,以及目前在离体培养过程中的的一些解决办法,以期对木本植物的离体培养快速繁殖过程中成熟效应的控制提供更多思路。

Maturation effect may cause the aging of plant and reproductive of wood plant in vitro were decreased due to maturation effect.The paper summarized the reasons of maturation effect based on the morphological,physiological and biochemical research and from gene expression regulation perspectives.The solutions to the problems in culturein vitro were suggested.
