凝核破界——城乡规划学科核心理论的自觉性反思

COHESION AND BREAKTHROUGH: INTROSPECTION OF CORE THEORY IN URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING DISCIPLINE

三十余年城镇化发展的转型和中央城镇化工作会议的召开,使得中国城乡规划处于前所未有的复杂局面。城乡规划学科在国家一级学科的繁荣发展景象下,也面临着学科低势位、本土理论缺失和实践科学性不足等学科发展难题。本文从城乡规划的学科困境出发,剖析本学科核心理论空心化带来的种种问题,从学科溯源分析城乡规划学科发展中的内在逻辑,从国际城乡规划学科的走向与趋势分析中国本土城乡规划学科的特色与内核,进而全面剖析城乡规划学科的核心理论、交叉理论和外延理论的整体关系,并提出城乡规划学科发展的策略。

With the transformation of urbanization development over more than thirty years and the holding of Central Urban Work Conference, Chinese urban and rural planning now is in a complex situation which has never been seen before. As China＇s first-level discipline, urban and rural planning discipline has prosperity prospects, but it also faces some disciplinary development challenges, such as low disciplinary potential, local theory missing, and lack of scientific practice. Based on the disciplinary development challenges, this article explores the problems caused by the hollowing of disciplinary core theory and finds the inherent development logic from the origin of urban and rural planning discipline. Besides, from the international trend of urban and rural planning, the article analyzes the characteristic and the core theory of Chinese urban and rural planning discipline. Furthermore, it comprehensively examines the overall relationship among the core theory, the cross theory, and the extension theory of urban and rural planning discipline. Finally, it proposes some strategies for the development of urban and rural planning discipline.
