2型糖尿病并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的风险标志物及预测因子研究进展

Research progress of risk markers and predictors for type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary artery disease

冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)是2型糖尿病主要死亡原因,早期诊断及临床干预可减少糖尿病患者冠心病的死亡率,但目前诊断和预测未来冠心病事件主要依赖于传统危险因素,因此需要新的风险标志物及预测因子促进冠心病患者的最佳干预,本文就2型糖尿病合并冠心病的新风险标志物和预测因子进行综述。

Coronary artery disease（CAD） is a major cause of death in type 2 diabetes, early diagnosis and clinical intervention can reduce the mortality of diabetes patients with coronary artery disease, but the current diagnosis and prediction of future coronary events mainly depend on traditional risk factors, therefore, novel biomarkers and predictive tools are required to facilitate optimal intervention in patients with coronary artery disease. In this paper, we reviewed the research progress of risk markers and predictors for type 2 diabetes mellitus with coronary artery disease.
