摘要
针对大厚度金属增强橡胶复合材料制品内部普遍存在的夹杂、孔洞等缺陷及金属增强结构排布情况,分别利用射线、超声等无损检测手段对变厚度预置缺陷试样、平板预置缺陷试样进行探伤试验,初步验证了现有常规无损检测技术在大厚度金属增强橡胶复合材料内部缺陷检测方面的可行性。
Mezzanines,holes and the location of metal net in the metal enhanced rubber composite materials with big thickness were detected with nondestructive examination methods. Plate and thickness changing samples fabricated with defects were detected by the ultrasonic and X-ray detection methods. The feasibility of the nondestructive examination in the metal enhanced rubber composite with big thickness was demonstrated preliminarily.
