摘要
通过对100 mm与120 mm厚的板进行多层多道自动化焊接的工艺试验,获得了适合横焊和平焊的自动化焊接程序的路径以及工艺参数。对工艺评定件进行超声波探伤、拉伸、冲击、硬度测量以及弯曲等试验,结果均满足要求。对5 m长的产品工件进行了实用焊接,产品一次性探伤合格率达90%以上。
The path and process parameters of the automatic welding procedure are obtained by multipass welding process test for the 100 mm-and 120 mm-thick plates. The results of ultrasonic testing,tensile test,impact test,hardness test and bend test can meet the requirements. The 5-meter long product is welded by the automatic robot and the qualified rate is above 90%.
