技术设计悖论及其伦理规约

A Paradox of Technological Design and Its Ethical Regulations

技术设计导致技术主体性元素缺失、造成人与技术的对立,技术设计的异化导致技术悖论的出现。技术设计应该在符合自然界规律、体现社会的公平和正义、追求设计的友善性,以及追求设计美三个层次实现人、技术与世界关系的和谐,才能规避技术设计悖论的出现。同时,基于主体性因素回归的技术设计必须呼唤技术道德的回归、技术设计者的伦理责任的规约以及技术设计的制度规范才能消解技术悖论。

Technological design leads to the absence of subjective elements,the antagonism between human and technology,and the alienation of technological design leading to the emergence of technological paradox. Technical design should be in conformity with the laws of nature,reflect the social fairness and justice,pursue friendly design,and realize the harmony of man,technology and the world at three levels,so as to avoid the paradox of technology design. At the same time,the technical design based on the regression of subjective factor must call for the return of technical ethics,the regulation of ethical responsibility of technical designer,and the institutional norms of technological design to solve the technical paradox.
