摘要 以无皂乳液聚合法合成得到聚(三氟氯乙烯/乙烯基正丁基醚/羟丁基乙烯基醚/十一烯酸钠)P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA)乳液,考察了SUA及TGME的用量对乳液稳定性及粒径大小的影响,并研究了聚合物膜的表面性能。结果表明:P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA)乳液稳定性好,粒径分布均匀;P(CTFE-BVE-SUA)聚合物乳液中SUA对乳液的稳定性和粒径大小影响较大;P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA)聚合物乳液中TGME对乳液的稳定性和粒径大小影响较大;P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA)聚合物膜的表面性能随着TGME含量的增加而下降。增加聚合物乳液中TGME的含量P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA)聚合物膜对溶剂的接触角变小,表面能提高。 Soap-free emulsion of P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA) was produced. The effect of the content of SUA and TGME on the emulsion stability and particle size was tested, and the surface characterization of the polymer emulsion was studied. The expermental data indicated that the soap-free emulsion have good stability and mean particle size distribution. The SUA content in P(CTFE-BVE-SUA) polymer emulsion has important influence on the emulsion stability and it's particle size, and the TGME content in P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA) polymer emulsion has important influence on the emulsion stability and it's particle size. The surface characterization of P(CTFE-BVE-TGME-SUA) polymer decrease with increasing the TGME content.
