融合创新范式下“中国制造2025”人才模型和课程规划 被引量:30

Research on Talent Model and Curriculum Planning for “Made in China 2025” under the Fusion Innovation Paradigm

摘要 在分析新工业模型及其人才需求的基础上,基于融合创新工程教育范式的要求,从课程设置角度分析了影响工程人才需求的四个要素:行业或应用领域、工业价值链、"智能"层级、学科领域,形成了面向新工业革命的工程人才四维模型。根据这个模型,可以依据产品或技术所在的行业或应用领域,在工业价值链中所处的位置、"智能"层级来精准分析预测工程人才需求,再结合所需的不同权重的学科领域,交叉跨界衍生新的专业,以适应和引领新工业革命。最后按照工程人才四维模型的要求分析了先进制造专业和物联网相关专业,案例分析表明工程人才四维模型是进行专业分析设计的有效工具。 Based on the analysis of Emerging Engineering Education Mode and its talent needs as well as the requirements of fusion innovation paradigm,four factors that influence the demand for engineering talents were analyzed from the perspective of curriculum planning of engineering education.They are industry or application field,industrial value chain,"smart"level,and subject areas,forming a four-dimensional model of engineering talents oriented at new industrial revolution.According to this model,it is possible to accurately analyze and forecast the demand of engineering talents in line with the industry or application field,the position in the industrial value chain,the"smart"level of the product or technology,and then combining the different subject areas of different weights,derive new interdisciplinary professions to adapt and lead the new industrial revolution.Finally,in accordance with the requirements of the four-dimensional model of the engineering talents,the advanced manufacturing major and the related majors of the Internet of Things were illustrated,which shows that the four-dimensional model of engineering talents is an effective tool for professional analysis and design.
