摘要
我国20世纪80年代引入的院校研究今天已经步入"规范发展"阶段,形成了有固定学术组织的话语共同体。院校研究不仅作为观念形态的理论知识在高教界得到认可,作为解决问题的实践方式也逐渐扎根于高等学校管理实践。院校研究的中国话语体系已初步建立,但话语优势还未形成。院校研究的中国话语建构应从"院校研究在中国"的适应性阶段向生成"院校研究的中国模式"发展阶段转换。
China's institutional research introduced in the 1980 shas entered the stage of"normative development"and formed a discourse community with fixed academic organizations.Institutional research is not only recognized as a theoretical knowledge of the conceptual form in the higher education,but gradually rooted in the management practice of higher education as a practical way of solving problems.Although China's institutional research has already established a discourse system,but the discourse advantage has not yet formed.To break through the limitations,the discourse construction of China's institutional research should be transformed from the adaptive stage of"institutional research in China"to the development of"Chinese model of institutional research".
