大学印记:校友创业者的教育反思——以清华大学为例 被引量:4

University Imprint:Education Reflections from the Perspective of Alumni Entrepreneurs

摘要 为探索高等教育经历对校友创业群体的影响机制,半结构式访谈挖掘的清华大学成功创业校友对大学印记的回溯与反思发现,大学教育在价值观塑造、意志品质培养、综合素质锻炼、人脉资源积累上形成了校友创业的"大学印记"。大学要加强理想信念和意志品质教育,建设尊重多元、包容不同的创业文化,将创业教育融入大学教育人才培养全过程。 This study focuses on the specific group of university alumni entrepreneurs,explores the alumni retrospective and reflective education imprint through conducting the research of group images based on the semi-structured in-depth interviews,and analyzes the role and influence of university education culture on alumni entrepreneurship,thus providing suggestions for the development of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.It is found that alumni entrepreneurs' "university imprint"consists of such aspects as the social values cultivated by university education,persistent spiritual quality together with numerous extra-curricular activities,good social networks with alumni,unique thinking and knowledge.Finally,some suggestions are proposed to strengthen the systematic entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
