The Construction of System and the Transformation of Research Methods in JingXue——The Core Issue of Contemporary Confucianism's Innovation and Development

传统儒学内在包含了经学与子学两个部分,其中经学一直是儒家思想的轴心,并统合着子学的发生与发展。儒家十三经的基础是以《易》为核心的五经,其余诸经皆是在儒学发展的历史过程中陆续扩充并入的,这可以看做是历代经学在面对不同时代社会问题时的自我调整和发展。面对传统经学的这一自我创生性特点,当代学者应该选择与之相适应的研究方法,在重建当代经学研究体系的同时,发扬其积极的理论价值。

Traditional Confucianism contains two parts： Jing Xue and Zi Xue,in which Jing Xue is always the axis of Confucianism and combines the occurrence and development of Zi Xue. The foundation of the Thirteen classics of Confucianism is the Five classics whose core is the book of Zhou Yi,and the others are expended in the historical process of the development of Confucianism,which can be seen as the self adjustment and development of the Confucianism classics in the face of social problems of different times. In the face of this self-creative characteristic of traditional Confucian classics,contemporary scholars should choose the research methods suitable to it and carry forward its positive theoretical value while reconstructing the research system of contemporary Confucian classics.
