社区教育是构建终身教育体系和学习型社会的重要途径,可以满足社区居民的多样化学习需求。在"互联网+"背景下,电大在远程技术设备、远程办学经验、专业师资队伍方面存在独特优势,为开展社区教育奠定了基础。在"互联网+"时代,电大要转变发展思路,将互联网技术运用到社区教育当中,通过构建社区教育网络体系,搭建社区教育学习平台,促进学习资源的共享和社区教育服务体系的专业化、多元化、便捷化。在社区教育发展模式上,电大通过创建社区教育基地、实施社区教育项目、发挥政府的主导作用、促进电大教育与社区教育的融合、加大网络媒体宣传等方面推进社区教育发展。

Under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂,RTVU has unique advantages in remote technology equipment,distance learning experience and professional teaching staff,which lays the foundation for community education. In the era of ＂Internet ＋ ＂,RTVU must change development ideas,and apply Internet technology to community education. By building a network system of community education,setting up a community education learning platform to promote the sharing of learning resources and the specialization and diversification of community education service system,convenient. In the model of community education development,RTVU should promote community education by creating community education bases,implementing community education projects,playing the leading role of the government,promoting the integration of RTVU education and community education,and enhancing online media publicity.
